Donations of high-need items such as non-perishable and fresh food, outdoor supplies, personal hygiene items, household items, and seasonal clothing empower our clients to grow and thrive. Many of our clients are challenged to pay their monthly utilities, purchase all the items needed to run a household and to provide enough food for their families.

Share Fromhold Service Center Donation Warehouse:
The Share Fromhold Service Center is home to our Donation Warehouse, our hub for resource donations for all of Share’s programs.
Open Donation Drop-off Hours:

Tuesdays 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Thursdays 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Donation Warehouse is closed outside of these hours, as well as closed for holidays & breaks: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day.
Drop-off Location: Share Fromhold Service Center, 2306 NE Andresen Rd.
Upon arrival please go to our Donation Warehouse door:
- Drive around to the left/south side of the building, all the way down to the blue fence to our Donation Warehouse garage door. Ring the doorbell if door is closed.
- You may either pop your trunk for staff to grab items out while you stay in your car, or a staff member will pass you a cart where you may load items on at a distance.
- All staff and volunteers have the right to refuse items that do not meet our guidelines.
Donation Guidelines
Most Needed! Non-Perishable Food
- Canned vegetables, fruits, beans, tuna, soup, ravioli, chili, spaghetti sauce
- Dried rice, beans, pasta
- Cereal, oatmeal, mac & cheese, boxed dinners, shelf stable milks
- Snack items: tuna packets, tuna salad & chicken salad snack kits, cheese and/or peanut butter crackers, chewy granola and/or snack bars, squeezable packets of apple sauce, fruit cups, fruit snacks, protein/nutritional beverages, juice
- Most Needed Items for Our Backpack Program

For food safety reasons we cannot accept home canned items, opened items (if the contents are individually wrapped, then it is acceptable), food that is beyond expiration date, meat/frozen items that are freezer burned.
Perishable food may be donated to one of our shelters. See below for more information.

- Cleaning supplies, bleach, wipes, dish soap, and laundry detergent
- Towels, sheets, blankets, pillows
- Paper towels, pots & pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, coffee makers, crock pots, toasters, microwaves

At Share’s shelters, we will gladly accept donations of non-perishable & fresh food:
Support our Hot Meals Program at Share House or our Family Shelter Meals at Share Orchards and Share Homestead by donating non-perishable and fresh food to these locations Sunday to Saturday, from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.

It’s hard to say ‘no thank you,’ however we are unable to accept the following items any Share location, due to liability issues, lack of storage space and/or high disposal costs:
- Furniture & mattresses
- Cribs, car seats, walkers, hi-chairs, pack ‘n’ plays, etc.
- Electronics, speakers, VHS tapes
- Décor items for home or holidays
- Used toys
- Exercise equipment
- Encyclopedias, text books
- Large pictures and picture frames
