Share is now accepting applications for Housing Case Manager. Housing Case Managers provide intensive strength-based case management to people experiencing chronic homelessness. Staff aid participants in adjusting their lives to living indoors and practicing healthier behaviors. The staff work within a housing first framework and utilize harm reduction, de-escalation and conflict resolution skills. This position participates in a rotation of on-call coverage to support hard to serve clients. It may be necessary for an Outreach Case Manager to respond to crisis on weekends, holidays or during other non-business hours.
